The 13 Demons of Akuma Saizo

In KAGE NO SHIMA the air is charged with the stench of death and a threat of violence. Demons and the dead haunt the land and life is cheaper than the saké. Ever since the ECLIPSE took hold, the land has been in an eternal twilight. 

You cannot remember when you last saw the sun.

You stand in the bloody and charred ruins of the temple. The news is bad. AKUMA SAIZO the evil sorcerer has escaped his magical bonds that have kept him imprisoned here for 99 years. Saizo is possessed by 13 DEMONS, each granting him a unique and terrifying power.

Legends may one day speak of you as heroes for declaring that you will find and slay Saizo. The truth is, you’re in this for the money. You have come to learn that one of the demons possessing Saizo can unlock the fabled VAULTS OF ZIN, wherein lies a path to paradise and wealth beyond imagination.

THE 13 DEMONS OF AKUMA SAIZO is a 28 page adventure for the Rōnin RPG, for a party of 4-6 brave (or foolhardy) heroes. It will be challenging for beginning characters and is intended for a more experienced party who have made character improvements at least once or twice.
